“Green”
Meet & Mingle Planned for July 31st at Club Soda
The Northeast Indiana Green
Build Coalition is hosting a networking event for those interested in
‘green’ and sustainable personal and commercial practices. The open-house
style event is open to the public and will be held at Club Soda on July 31st
beginning at 5:00 pm.
Tom Henry, Mayor of the City
of Fort Wayne will speak beginning at 6:00 pm regarding the City’s green
initiatives. Following the Mayor’s address, IPFW’s Chancellor Michael
Wartell will be introducing a collaborative opportunity for
construction-related competencies and green building at IPFW.
The event is $5.00 cash at the
door with proceeds going toward the Northeast Indiana Green Build Coalition.

JOIN THE NEIGBC
The NEIGBC needs your help. We are
applying for grants in order to expand the programs we offer,
however, in order to obtain these grants we need to show that we
have a substantial and active membership.
Many of you receive
e-mails about meetings, and as always, anyone is welcome to
attend. However, we can only count those individuals and
organizations listed on the
members page as they are the only ones who have paid their
dues and become supporting members of the NEIGBC.
The
process is simple, and membership is reasonable, only $20 for
individuals and $100 for businesses.
